What we collect
When you register for the webinar or join an interest list we collect your name, email address, professional role, and any optional notes you choose to provide. Standard analytics data such as page views and referral source may also be recorded.
How it is used
Your details are used to confirm your registration, deliver The White Rabbit Field Guide, send session reminders and related educational communications, and inform you about future programs. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Registration records are held in our customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel) and, where program delivery applies, in Kajabi. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the message footer, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your record by writing to the contact address below.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and tag-based analytics (for example Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels where campaigns are running) to understand traffic and measure registration performance.
